The licence, the subscription, and the parts people actually ask about.

The short version

WakeOpp is covered by Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps. We have not written our own, because Apple's already covers the things a licence needs to cover, and a homemade one would only be worse.

Subscriptions

WakeOpp Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.

You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, not in WakeOpp. Deleting your WakeOpp account does not cancel your subscription — those are two different things, in two different places.

What WakeOpp is not

It is an alarm clock that makes it harder to go back to sleep. It is not a medical device, not a sleep tracker, and not treatment for anything. Don't rely on it alone for anything where being awake is a matter of safety.

Being decent to each other

Duels and takeovers let people send each other messages and photos. Don't send anything abusive, harassing, or illegal. You can report anyone from your friends list, and we remove accounts that do it.
